Former President Donald Trump on Thursday again doubled down on his assertion that he is not guilty of the charges levied against him in a civil trial prosecuted by New York Attorney General Letitia James. President Trump described Ms. James as “crazed” and “a lunatic” while speaking to reporters in the New York City courthouse.
The former resident reminded reporters of his victory in the case at the Appellate Division, citing this as the reason he believes the case should be thrown out.
