Former President Donald Trump laid out his vision for America Sunday at a rally in New York’s Madison Square Garden. The rally featured offensive remarks from surrogates like comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who called Puerto Rico an “island of garbage.” The Trump campaign is working to distance itself from that comment.
