President Biden is urging the Senate to move quickly to approve foreign aid legislation that finally passed the House over the weekend. House Speaker Mike Johnson allowed the bills to come up for a vote, despite threats to oust him from some hard-line Republicans. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
