Fox patriarch Rupert Murdoch is in the middle of a fierce court battle with three of his four eldest children over who controls his media empire, which includes Fox News and News Corp. Murdoch was to change his irrevocable trust to put his eldest son in charge. For now, the trust says all four of the eldest Murdoch children, who have different political leanings, would have an equal vote in what happens to the business.
