On the convention floor, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) briefly appeared before an assembled audience of reporters, cameramen, and assorted partisans.
The newly minted Republican vice presidential candidate was accompanied by Donald Trump, Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Andy Surabian, a longtime Vance adviser.
Mr. Vance didn’t take any questions from the media.
