Former President Donald Trump and his campaign have confirmed he is unharmed, after an apparent second assassination attempt at Trump International Golf Club on Sunday.
Secret Service opened fire on a man hidden in bushes on the perimeter of the golf course as his rifle was pointed toward the course at around 1:30 p.m. ET, authorities say. A suspect is in custody and an AK-style rifle was found at the scene.
The FBI is probing the incident, and Florida Gov. Rob DeSantis says his state will conduct its own investigation into the incident.
