Health officials are investigating a deadly E. coli outbreak involving McDonald’s Quarter Pounder burgers. The CDC says 49 cases across 10 states have hospitalized at least 10 people and left one person dead. CBS News medical contributor Dr. Céline Gounder joins to discuss.
