ERIE, Pa.—Erie County has voted for every winning presidential candidate since 2008, a fact not lost on Vice President Kamala Harris, who visited the city of Erie on Oct. 14 to rally supporters with a campaign speech.
Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, is statistically tied in Pennsylvania with the Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump, whose average lead is currently 0.3 percentage points, according to Real Clear Polling.
