The National Weather Service is describing Hurricane Milton as a “historic storm.” It could be the worst hit to Tampa, Florida, in more than a century. Jeff Masters, a scientist who formerly worked with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s hurricane hunters, joins “America Decides” to examine the dangers of the storm.
